For a betta, I want to get a Mini Bow 5 Desktop Aquarium, it has a filter already and a hood with a light. I was going to get an Aquarium Systems Visi-Therm 25 watt Heater, and a Tetra Whisper 10 Air Pump. Is that alright?
I'm going to put a couple fake silk plants, pebbles, and get Hikari Betta Bio-Gold for food. Is Hikari Betta Ultimate Water Conditioner good? I was going to get that too, and I'm also going to get a net, thermometer, and background, and one of those Betta Leaf Hammocks if I can find one.
When I have more money I'll get some ornaments, I want to make it a Greek theme, but I think the plants will be fine for hiding in for now. Do I need something for testing the water? Which is best? And last thing I'll get is, of course, a betta. Does this all sound like it will work out?
I don't know what kind of filter the tank comes with, but if it's no good I'm going to get a Microclean 304 Internal Mini Filter. Can you believe everything listed here (except this filter) is going to cost over $100? I still need to buy a couple ornaments, too.

Hi, I am setting up a 75 gallon bow front aquarium with a DIY background. I would like to include some type of crab in the tank. I have not chosen the type of fish I will stock in the aquarium yet, and was wondering is there is any type of freshwater crab that would co-exist with the fish I might put in the aquarium. Any suggestions on the type of crab and the type of fish I should stock the aquarium with?

I know what I'd put in here... I'm interested in what YOU think you'd do with this tank.
I have a very small pet shop, about 1,000 sq. ft. About 30% is dog supplies & food. About 30% is aquarium supplies & 832 gallons of freshwater fish, about 20% cat supplies & food. The remaining 200 sq. ft. is for birds, small mammals & reptile supplies & food.
We are setting up some displays of "very small" low budget aquariums. This particular one will go for only $29.99. What would you expect to see in it?

Here is what I have:
1 year old 10 gallon aquarium (no cracks/leaks)
Tetra PF10 filter, and one half used cartridge
Heater (not adjustable)
Gravel (bright colors)
Hood, and light (the light is supposed to look like a natural light)
Background (reversible)
Algae scrubber
Some food
Stress coat
and some live plants.
So how much?

I was thinking an all black one would look nice, and would make the fish's colors pop out. Any suggestions?
